Well fuck 'em! Let 'em starve!
Half of 'em are already out of

INT. BILL'S GROUP

Bill begins to laugh, hard.

                    BILL
Turn on the pumps, Joe. I’ll start.
I just hone none of ‘em, left home
                 without their Amrican Express cards.

He heads for the door, still laughing.

INT. IN THE SERVICE OFFICE, WITH BILL AND BRETT

BRETT catches up witn him.

                           BRETT
Don’t do it, Bill. It's a bad idea.
                 It’s like Neville Chamberlain giving
in to the Nazis, or something.

BILL points to the Army truck.

                           BILL
                 See that?

                            BRETT
                   Yes, but--

                            BILL
The big guys are heavyweights, but they
                   can't really break in here--
they’d crash through the floor and into
the cellar. But theres no reason why
that guy couldn’t call for a truckful
of napalm to hose this place down.

                            BRETT
Christ. (Pause) All right. Be careful.

                             BILL
What are they going to do? Run me down?
Shit, that'd be like a junkie running
                   down his connection.

He goes out.
